We can also ship Overnight by Express Mail, Fedex or UPS if desired.
OVERSEAS ORDERS - - When possible, we will use Flat Rate Priority Mail (Cost $14)
(Canada $11) - surface mail has been eliminated by the U.S. Postal Ssrvice, so books that cannot
be sent via Flat Rate Envelope will need to be sent via Airmail in a Box - please feel free to
inquire for postage costs.
